ABA Supervisor - BCBA

As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
Empowering BTs to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Managing a workload of 26 billable hours per week with achievable targets
Providing autonomy over scheduling and case supervision
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
