Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships on various audit and consulting/compliance engagements

Demonstrate knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting standards, applying industry knowledge and expertise

Lead the development of the audit approach, applying applicable standards and firm audit methodology

Manage engagement workflow and engagement team resources

Provide a coordinated client service approach, working with other practice units to provide industry knowledge and insight to clients in a variety of industries

Review engagement profitability and prepare and analyze monthly billing for assigned engagements

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and working knowledge of accounting software

Provide leadership, counseling and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team

Represent firm and build relationships by attending fundraisers, meetings with prospects/bankers, charitable events, professional organizations, etc
