Responsibilities
Develop and present clear, compelling pitches and materials to talent, managers, and agents
Lead meetings and conversations with talent teams to secure participation
Work with leadership to tailor opportunities for different talent partners
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with talent and their representatives
Manage internal alignment to ensure campaigns launch and execute smoothly
Make professional, timely decisions in fast-moving campaign environments
Manage campaign execution support, ensuring campaigns are prepared, launched, and reported effectively
Review campaign performance summaries and reports before sharing with partners
Partner with growth, product, and platform teams to support campaign needs
Build trust-based, repeatable relationships with talent and their teams
Work with advisors and partners for introductions to potential talent participants
Represent Propeller professionally in external conversations and events
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience pitching and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Experience navigating the entertainment industry, including working with talent, managers, agents, or adjacent partners
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Highly organized and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Sound judgment and comfort making decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Curiosity and eagerness to take on new challenges and grow with a scaling organization
Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster, while keeping communication human
Preferred
Nashville strongly preferred. Will also consider candidates based in Los Angeles, New York, or Austin
