Seeking a QA Engineer to test middleware and backend services for Phone Intelligence Enhancement
The role focuses on web services, automation, and integration testing
Qualification
Required
Selenium, Java, Coding, REST/SOAP API
SOAP & REST web services testing
Selenium automation (advanced scripting)
XML & JSON validation
Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, execution, and defect management
Backend and integration testing (upstream/downstream systems)
Ability to create positive, negative, and data-driven test cases
SQL expertise (complex queries, schema understanding)
CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or Litmus)
Git source control basics
Hands-on automation beyond record/playback
Experience with TOSCA or Selenium
Coding experience (any language; Java, C#, or Python preferred)
Strong API testing experience
Agile testing experience
JIRA and ALM for test management
RPA exposure
5 years in application development or production support
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, UNIX/Windows
Hands-on with Autosys, MQ, MuleSoft
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production outages under SLA
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
