Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (various departments and levels), helping leadership find, hire, and retain quality candidates
You will work deeply with department heads to understand not just the 'job description,' but the culture and specific needs of their teams
Partner with the Senior Director of HR to build recruitment strategies ensures that hiring aligns with the company’s long-term scaling goals
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and recruitment platforms for finding quality candidates; create and post job descriptions and announcements across them
Managing the candidate experience and engagement from the first resume screen through to the final offer negotiation
Maintaining a well managed and accessible database of candidates allows for faster hiring cycles (Reduced Time-to-Fill)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency and/or company talent acquisition team
HR Generalist and/or Benefits experience a huge plus
Experience with a large ERP or CRM (Workday, Greenhouse, etc) and LinkedIn recruiter
Experience interviewing over the phone, via video, and in-person
Experience leading line manager relationships, recruiting, offer letter production, and onboarding a plus
