Mid LevelJPS Tech Solutions is seeking an AI Integration Developer to join their Compliance & Privacy team. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered tools to support compliance workflows and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI-powered tools using Microsoft AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, AI Search, or Azure AI Foundry)
Support model tuning and prompt optimization for internal use cases
Build automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code tools
Design and test user-facing chat interfaces and AI experiences
Integrate structured and unstructured internal data sources to enable intelligent responses
Collaborate with compliance and product teams to translate ideas into scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and OpenAI APIs
Strong Python skills and/or experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and AI integration tools
Proven experience building bots, workflow tools, or internal productivity solutions
Preferred
Some UI/UX understanding to help shape intuitive employee tools
