Responsibilities
Support the culture of Sea Island, focused on retention and development of team members
Manage internal communications, team member or community events, benefits, and learning and development
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational skills
Deliver seamless HR service to assist the Operations team in caring for guests, members, and team members
Uphold and ensure compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance
Maintain situational awareness of surroundings, ensuring appropriate staffing and addressing maintenance issues
Share knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings with guests, members, and team members
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure
Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Excellent organizational skills
Discretion when handling confidential information
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to relate to individuals at all levels within the organization
Sensitivity to operational needs and team member goodwill
Ability to work with a variety of people and personality types
Ability to cooperate with co-workers efficiently and effectively
Proactive in aiding when needed
