Responsibilities

Design and create custom instructional videos

Design and create custom content videos including animations and motion graphics

Develop, create, and package SCORM-compliant curriculum

Create and author scripts, narration, and on-screen text that simplify complex product concepts

Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards that align instructional intent with video creation

Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, determining level of effort (LOE), project timelines, and sequencing to meet delivery deadlines

Organize and manage project assets—intaking, cataloging, and maintaining footage and production libraries to ensure version control and efficient reuse

Maintain visibility into all assigned deliverables by updating project milestones, task progress, and PSA records for team alignment and reporting

Manage established AI-assisted workflows to streamline production and improve quality

Collaborate cross-functionally with editors, instructional designers, and project leads to ensure consistent, high-quality project deliverables
