Chief Financial Officer
The client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the organization’s senior financial executive, responsible for shaping financial strategy and overseeing enterprise-wide financial operations. This role requires balancing strategic leadership with operational rigor to ensure financial integrity and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives and long-term growth plans
Oversee all core finance functions, including FP&A, accounting, controllership, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on investments, capital allocation, pricing, cost structure, and growth initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business priorities
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support operations, investments, and strategic flexibility
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices
Lead relationships with external stakeholders including the Board of Directors, investors, auditors, banks, and financial advisors
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting current operations and future growth
Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or operational transformation as applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for corporate finance or FP&A
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide financial strategy and operations
Strong command of GAAP, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic decision-making
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential
Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent senior finance leader
Experience in growth-stage, private equity–backed, or complex operating environments
Track record of leading fundraising, M&A, or financial transformation initiatives
Industry experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, or similarly complex business models
