The role involves organizing cross-functional activities, managing project deliverables, schedules, and budgets, and directing the development of proposals and project execution for construction projects.

Responsibilities
Organizing cross-functional activities, coordination of project work efforts for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule and budget)
Managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for construction projects
Responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing
Participates in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for successful project selection
Plans the complete project execution and develops the project manual
Works with Senior Managers to schedule and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
Capable of assisting senior leaders in managing projects from initiation, through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and close out
Capable of assisting STV senior leaders in procuring work opportunities within the market sector
Able to utilize Microsoft office suite of products
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of project contract's terms and conditions and scope of work
Preferred
Experience with BIM, P6, Procore or E-builder
LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE
Formal training in project management
