Law Practice
Responsibilities
Prepare pleadings, including Requests for Order, Responses, Replies, and Memoranda
Maintain case management, calendaring, and deadline control across multiple matters
Handle eFiling (including LASC and VCourt)
Support discovery workflows
Organize financial records, exhibits, and litigation support materials
Communicate professionally with the team, clients, opposing counsel, the court, and outside professionals; ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the matter
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of California family law paralegal experience
Excellent writing, formatting, and proofreading
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines calmly and efficiently
High integrity, discretion, and a solutions-first approach
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and staff
Familiarity with California family law procedures and forms
Strong analytical skills
