Responsibilities

Work with suppliers to develop new components to meet production needs
Full hydraulic system development along with component selection to optimize designs
Supervise detailing & releasing of components
Continuous improvements in cost, quality, safety and ergonomics
System innovation
Some time may occasionally be spent on the production line for trouble shooting as productions problems arise

Required

Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or equivalent
Demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude through work experience or hobbies
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong Communication skills
Self-starter & ability to multi-task
Must have a valid Driver's License

Preferred

Experience in a production environment working with cross functional teams
Interpersonal & communication skills
Familiarity with manufacturing, fabrication, inventory management, supply chain/logistics, or assembly operations
Microsoft Excel proficient
5+ years relevant experience in mobile hydraulic field
