Responsibilities
Greet gym members, prospective clients, and guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor
Handle check-ins, answer questions, and provide top-notch customer service with a can-do attitude
Infuse every interaction with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring our members leave feeling motivated and excited about their fitness journey
Coordinate with our team to keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling tours to handling membership inquiries
Monitor inventory levels of gym supplies, including towels, cleaning products, office supplies, and retail items (e.g., energy Drinks, apparel)
Hire, train, and manage front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service along with Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and non-peak hours
Create and post engaging content on the gym’s social media accounts, such as updates, promotions, or success stories
Qualification
Required
High-Energy Personality: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to energize a team and create a positive atmosphere for guests and staff
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with members and staff, making them feel valued and supported
