Responsibilities
Prospect & Pitch: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, PR agencies, and media partners; create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure partnerships
Develop Strategic Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships, nurturing leads from initial contact through onboarding and execution
Proposal Creation: Assist in developing custom collaboration packages, partnership decks, and sponsorship proposals that align with client goals and campaign objectives
Sales Support: Work closely with the CEO and agency leads to align partnership strategies with business development targets
Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of collaborations across editorial, social, digital, and experiential channels
Client Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, ensuring deliverables are met and expectations exceeded
Research & Insights: Track brand categories, market trends, and competitive partnerships to uncover new verticals and opportunities
CRM Management: Use CRM to manage leads, update client cards, and track progress throughout the sales and campaign cycle
Reporting: Prepare partnership recaps, analytics, and performance reports post-campaign
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the editorial, social media, and marketing teams to ensure all partner messaging aligns with brand voice and goals
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales, partnerships, PR, or new business development
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of branding, social media, and digital marketing
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and KPIs
Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
