Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
Lead onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers
Oversee performance review processes and support coaching conversations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
Support culture-building efforts, engagement activities, and retention strategies
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity

Required

3–5+ years of HR experience
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

A proactive, approachable, and solutions‑oriented mindset
