Human Resources Manager
Phoong Law is a growing, medium-sized company seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead their HR operations. The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, partnering with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
Support culture-building efforts, engagement activities, and retention strategies
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of HR experience
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution
Experience with HRIS systems and modern HR tools
A proactive, approachable, and solutions‑oriented mindset
Preferred
management experience preferred
