The role involves analyzing business processes, providing expertise on Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems, and supporting the Manhattan DFIO application.

Responsibilities
Must have the ability to analyze current business processes and build current process model diagrams and make recommendations on changes to improve process
Should be good in communication to handle the upcoming planned migration from DFIO to new Product in planning
Facilitates the process of gathering and documenting user/project requirements
Responsible for providing expertise and best practice recommendations to the team
Must have an excellent functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems, as well as the business processes that are required
Must be able to perform support for the Manhattan DFIO application which includes after hours support, incident support, understanding error messages, know how to identify data errors, and understand common processing errors
Responsible for creating system test plans and then ultimately performing system testing
Responsible for following change management requirements, such as creating change requests in the Service Now application as needed
