Responsibilities

Operating and setting up door production equipment for prehung doors, slabs, jambs, hinges, strikes, and hardware prep

Reading and interpreting work orders, cut sheets, and production schedules

Adjusting machinery for different door sizes, specifications, and hardware requirements

Monitoring product quality and ensuring accuracy throughout the production process

Troubleshooting basic mechanical or production issues as they arise

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Collaborating with team members to improve workflow and efficiency

(For lead-level candidates) Assisting with training and day-to-day coordination of door shop operations

Following all company safety procedures and industry best practices
