Law Practice
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage trial exhibits, witness lists, and exhibit binders
Organize and maintain discovery databases, deposition transcripts, and document productions
Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and trial logistics
Draft and file pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and motions
Coordinate with court reporters, vendors, witnesses, and experts
Track deadlines, hearing dates, and trial calendars
Maintain trial-ready files for multiple complex cases
Qualification
Required
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (trial experience required)
Strong knowledge of California civil litigation and discovery
Experience with trial prep, depositions, and exhibit management
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documents
Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-pressure litigation
Professional, reliable, and self-directed
Preferred
Trust & estate litigation experience is a plus, but not required
