Responsibilities
Assist the Loan Officer in managing day-to-day operations and client communications
Collect and organize loan documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain CRM and update client files and pipelines
Organize client events and team marketing
Schedule meetings, follow up with clients, and provide regular updates
Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and calendar organization
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (experience with Encompass, Teams, Excels is a plus)
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred
Previous experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, banking or administrative support (preferred but not required)
