10+ years expArka Innovate is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to lead and govern enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation programs. The Project Manager will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality across all phases of a Dynamics 365 Finance program.

Responsibilities
Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, cadence meetings, and executive reporting
Govern delivery across functional, technical, data, integration, security, OCM, and testing workstreams. Ensure adherence to project methodology, delivery playbooks, and Success by Design quality gates
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including RAID logs, project plans, communication plans, and mitigation strategies
Develop and manage the master project plan, sprint plans, milestones, resource allocations, and interdependencies
Coordinate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, data migration waves, and cutover activities
Track progress against scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
Manage formal change control processes, including impact analysis and stakeholder approvals
Serve as the primary liaison between Techedproductions, client leadership, and external partners
Prepare and present executive dashboards, status reports, and risk summaries
Facilitate decision-making forums and clearly document outcomes and action items
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Develop mitigation plans, escalate critical items, and track resolutions to closure
Ensure cross-functional alignment to avoid delivery conflicts or delays
Support quality assurance and readiness assessments throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project financials including burn rate, forecasts, and actuals
Optimize resource utilization and coordinate with staffing teams as needed
Ensure contract resources meet performance expectations and delivery standards
Coordinate SIT, UAT, performance testing, and defect management activities
Lead cutover planning in collaboration with functional, technical, and data teams
Support go-live readiness assessments, command center operations, and Hypercare
Ensure clear communication and documentation during cutover and stabilization phases
Qualification
Required
10+ years of consulting experience delivering technology or ERP programs
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O implementations
Proven success leading multi-workstream, multi-phase ERP programs in consulting environments
Strong understanding of D365 Finance functional areas, integration patterns, data migration cycles, and testing methodologies
Experience managing external vendors, offshore teams, and diverse client stakeholder groups
Exceptional executive communication and presentation capabilities
Ability to lead workshops, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus
Strong planning, documentation, and organizational discipline
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex delivery environments
Preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Azure
Experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and ALM workflows
Background supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and go-live readiness
Experience with Microsoft Success by Design methodology and Business Process Catalog
