Responsibilities

Administer and support the Seismic platform, including user management, permissioning, content organization, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with instructional designers, program managers, and enablement leaders to ensure learning platforms and content meet the needs of global go-to-market teams
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date enablement content is available and aligned to sales motions
Train and onboard new content creators to the platform and best practices
Act as a subject matter expert and liaison for instructional designers and content creators, guiding platform functionality and content workflows
Deliver system support and coaching to facilitate the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Seismic and related tools
Document processes and maintain internal knowledge bases related to tool usage
Manage content workflows, version control, tagging, and metadata for improved discoverability
Contribute to data collection and analysis within Seismic and other platforms, producing comprehensive reports on content engagement, adoption, and overall performance to inform strategic decision-making
Support integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, Learning platforms)
Assist in the evaluation and rollout of new enablement technologies as needed

Required

3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement tool administration with direct experience acting as a main administrator or owner of Seismic or a similar Sales Enablement tool (e.g. Highspot, Bigtincan, etc.) with a focus on Learning and Content

Preferred

Strong technical aptitude with comfort administering SaaS tools
Strong project management skillset, with experience using PM tools (ex: Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
Understanding of commercial sales learning and content needs
Experience integrating Sales Enablement tools with other GTM systems (ex: CRM, BI tools, etc)
Advanced data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau or Seismic analytics)
Experience creating enablement materials and delivering training sessions for Enablement systems administrators and users
Understanding of AI and how it can be applied to increase productivity for commercial sales teams and sales enablement teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly as business priorities change
Process driven, highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with e-learning and technical training content creation tools including, but not limited to, Articulate Rise, Storyline, WalkMe, Iorad, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc
