Administrative / HR Assistant
ClearBridge Technology Group is a fast-growing Technology Services firm seeking an HR Assistant to join their Back Office team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the HR field while supporting the VP of Human Resources and assisting with various HR functions.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Assist with general HR, administrative and back office functions
Maintain excellent customer service standards when responding to employee requests and questions
Support the VP of HR as needed
Two shifts covering resume formatting
Assist with HR onboarding process of consultants and other HR functions on an as needed basis
Process new hire records and updates within HRIS system and benefit portals
Coordinate background checks & pre-employment drug screenings for new hires
Assist with HR consultant onboarding process and other HR functions on an as needed basis
Qualification
Required
1-2 years' experience in an administrative/office setting
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Resourcefulness with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and excel at time management
Highly organized; able to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
