They are seeking a hands-on Azure Cloud Architect to design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable Azure cloud solutions that power critical applications across the company.
Responsibilities
Design and build new Azure cloud architectures to support AI, modernization, and engineering initiatives
Deploy and manage a wide range of Azure services, including VMs, Function Apps, Azure AI, block storage, and more
Architect and implement secure networking configurations (VNet, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute)
Drive cloud security best practices and microsegmentation strategies across projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Security, AI/ML) to align infrastructure with business needs
Participate in scenario-based discussions and solutioning with cloud peers and leadership
Contribute to infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives
Stay current on Azure innovations and incorporate modern services like OpenAI and GenAI into our architecture where relevant
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a strong emphasis on Azure
Proven experience designing and deploying IaaS and PaaS solutions in production environments
Hands-on knowledge of Azure networking: ExpressRoute, VNet peering, subnets, load balancers
Strong cloud security fundamentals: IAM, segmentation, policy, and encryption
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and/or infrastructure automation is a plus
Exposure to AWS is a bonus, but not required
Interest or experience in integrating Azure AI and GenAI into cloud platforms is highly desirable
