They are seeking creative and entrepreneurial interns for their Creative Content, BD & Growth, and User Research teams to work on high-impact projects and gain hands-on experience in AI marketing, sales, and user research.

Responsibilities
Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Develop visuals, graphics, and motion edits that align with Cookiy’s brand
Write engaging captions, hooks, and story-driven messaging
Research creative trends, niche communities, and content formats
Collaborate with Marketing & Design teams on weekly campaigns
Experiment with new styles to improve virality and brand presence
Conduct outbound prospecting and generate high-quality SMB leads
Qualify prospects and support the full sales cycle
Maintain CRM accuracy and track all outreach + follow-ups
Collaborate with Marketing to improve outreach messaging and campaigns
Join weekly pipeline reviews and discuss growth strategies
Learn consultative selling and SaaS/AI GTM fundamentals
Proactively identify potential research topics based on user trends and internal needs
Assist in developing research plans, including objectives, hypotheses, and data collection methods
Coordinate with product and content teams during research sprints
Conduct and transcribe user interviews, observations, and surveys under guidance
Organize raw data, highlight recurring themes, and prepare inputs for research reports
Support the team in building frameworks like Research Briefs, Insight Decks, or Persona Maps
Collaborate with engineers to provide qualitative inputs for product dialogue logic or model training
Participate in team discussions to share user observations
Support the creation of story-based internal summaries or knowledge-sharing materials
Contribute to transforming research findings into simple, actionable insights for product teams
Qualification
Required
Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Design, or related fields
Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
Familiar with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
Active on TikTok/IG and curious about creative trends
A creative thinker who loves experimenting and going viral
Based in or near New York (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-directed, ambitious, and eager to learn sales
Comfortable reaching out via email, phone, or LinkedIn
Sensitive to new topics and emerging trends
Ability to identify behavioral or psychological patterns from qualitative data
Eagerness to learn research frameworks and apply them to real projects
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Good written English; capable of summarizing research insights clearly
Preferred
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Sociology, Media, Marketing Research etc
Experience or coursework involving research, interviews, or qualitative analysis
Interest in AI, human interaction, or consumer psychology
