Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems

This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution

You will research, gather, and synthesize information while being expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively

You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders

Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines business processes and system designs

Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations effectively

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and technology integration

Mentor junior team members to build a strong analytical capability within the team
