Responsibilities

Lead engaging, high-impact training sessions for Salesforce and connected revenue tools (e.g., Outreach, Nooks, Gong, Intercom), ensuring users understand best practices, workflows, and system capabilities
Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, quick tips, video tutorials, and e-learning modules tailored to specific roles
Drive adoption and system confidence by identifying gaps in usage or understanding and implementing targeted enablement programs
Stay current with evolving systems, integrations, and process changes to ensure content reflects the latest updates
Gather and analyze feedback from learners and system users to measure adoption success and continuously improve training efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Systems, and GTM leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and technology roadmaps
Champion operational excellence, promoting consistent processes and data integrity through training and reinforcement

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Systems Training, preferably supporting GTM teams
Hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin-level proficiency preferred) and familiarity with connected tools such as Outreach, Nooks, and Intercom
Strong technical understanding with the ability to quickly learn and teach new tools and processes
Exceptional communication, presentation, and instructional design skills — able to make complex topics engaging and accessible
Proven ability to create scalable training resources and deliver programs across multiple teams or departments
A proactive, collaborative, and empathetic approach to driving adoption and behavior change
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across levels and functions

Preferred

Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred
