Responsibilities

Maintain company culture and energy by ensuring a motivating, positive environment for both staff and members

Work with your District Manager (DM) to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

Mentor Assistant General Managers (AGMs) and Trainers and help them grow into future GMs

Foster a strong team culture that prioritizes member satisfaction and operational success

Hiring and cultivating new talent to ensure your team has the best individuals to thrive

Analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and member retention

Maintaining a healthy draft of the gym, increasing revenue through sales and managing the efforts of each department

Collaborate with all departments (e.g., personal training, front desk, membership sales) to ensure smooth operations

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service

Ensure personal training programs stay on track and support team growth
