Assistant
Almaden Chiropractic and Wellness is a chiropractic practice dedicated to providing quality care to the Almaden Valley community. The Assistant will support day-to-day operations, manage appointments, coordinate patient schedules, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the chiropractic practice
Manage appointments and coordinate patient schedules
Assist with patient inquiries
Maintain the organization of the office
Support the team with administrative tasks such as record maintenance and billing
Ensure an excellent patient experience during each visit
Qualification
Required
Experience in office administration, scheduling, and managing patient records
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively assist and guide patients
Organizational and time management skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications and office software
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare or wellness environment is a plus
Additional education or certifications are a bonus
