Responsibilities
Perform systems integration, verification and validation, and evaluate alternatives including risk, supportability and analyses for total systems
Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 11 years' experience, plus a bachelors degree or a masters degree and 6 years experience with significant experience in the following required areas:
Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge and hands on experience across various enclaved environments
Demonstration of Tier3 and Tier4 troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated experience with Server OS 2012R2, 2016 and 2019
Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DCHIP
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with VMWare 4.5-Sx, Microsoft HyperV 2008 and 2012R2 (Microsoft Data Center service is a plus)
Microsoft Data Protection manager (DPM) 2010 or higher
Experience with scripting in PowerShell, VB, C#
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Candidate must be able to work independently or with a team
Candidate must have the ability to adjust and learn new technologies
Experience writing Enterprise level technical standards documentation and diagrams
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Understanding of enterprise networking best practices
Citrix 4.5-605 skills in XenApp aka
