Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume pipeline of mortgage loan files from initial approval through final closing
Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow agents, and clients to ensure all documentation is received and accurate
Review income, asset, credit, and collateral documents to verify compliance with guidelines (FHA and VA)
Clear processing conditions and prepare files for underwriting submission
Ensure files meet all investor, regulatory, and company requirements
Maintain pipeline accuracy in the loan origination system (LOS) and update all status changes promptly
Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to avoid delays
Resolve complex issues with minimal supervision
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior processors or support staff as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2–3 years of mortgage processing experience required
In-depth understanding of mortgage loan products, disclosures, and regulatory guidelines
Proficient in reviewing and analyzing income, credit, and asset documentation
Familiarity with LOS platform (e.g., QuantumReverse.com)
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet strict deadlines
Must be able to work in-office, 5 days a week(this is not a remote position)
