Responsibilities
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
Review project scope with construction project managers
Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
Attend client meetings, and coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
Qualification
Required
At least 5-7 years of experience required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Revit and AutoCAD experience required
Preferred
3D modeling/rendering preferred
Licensure not required. GMA supports pursuit of licensure
