Great Day Improvements is seeking a Regional Installation Manager for the Bath Authority. This role involves overseeing installation operations in the assigned region, managing installer recruitment and training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and communication.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of installations in multiple locations within a region, which requires daily/weekly travel
Monitor labor and material costs in accordance with branch budgets
Maintain installer capacity to support revenue goals
Review installation schedules with customers
Review operational concerns with Leadership
Perform job measures as needed
Handle all service and warranty issues as needed
Communicate with Customer Experience on any installation or scheduling issues
Perform job site visits to ensure installations are in accordance with company guidelines
Support warehouse staff as needed with staging and material inventory
Ensure all safety standards are reviewed and implemented in the field
Conduct installation and safety meetings weekly with installation teams
Other duties as assigned

Required

Must Have Residential Wet And Dry Space Installation Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in wet and dry space bath remodeling
Good problem-solving skills
Competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently
Well organized and have the ability to think on your feet
Proactive in managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions

Preferred

One day bath installation experience a plus
