Responsibilities

Collaborate with corporate development, business unit leads, subject matter experts, technical leads, and external partners to support proposal activities

Collaborate on solutioning with the leads for pre-RFX activities

Develop Kickoff presentations and lead/facilitate Kickoff meetings

Prepare proposal templates and outlines, working closely with business unit leads to develop the proposal calendar, writing assignments for technical SMEs, and page allocations for proposal sections as needed

Collaborate proposals on MS SharePoint, constantly maintaining the master proposal and perform the consolidation of parts, when needed, into the single master document

Develop and maintain color team files for review including: briefings any scoring documents and finalize the document for the color team debriefs

Initiate content from boiler plate past performance writeups, as well as, resumes and Letters of Intent (LOI) for key personnel qualifications to all be in alignment with the current PWS requirements

Develop compliance matrices and perform compliance review

Support the proposal production and submission activities

Populate and maintain library/repository of standard proposal topics and write-ups
