Proactively Seek & Manage: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive group bookings, events, and corporate partnerships
Maximize Revenue: Actively identify and suggest enhancements to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team-related revenue targets
Service Excellence: Consistently strive to maintain service excellence and support Renaissance Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and exceeding each client’s expectations

Required
Dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager
Experience in hospitality sales
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of driving group bookings, events, and corporate partnerships
Strong revenue maximization skills
Commitment to service excellence and customer loyalty
Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets
Experience in transitioning business to operations for service execution
