This role focuses on proactive planning and coordination to ensure that all elements are execution-ready for store openings, remodels, and closures.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and presentation-readiness workstreams across assigned projects

Coordinate vendors, fixtures, materials, and services to align with construction and execution timelines

Serve as the primary contact for sourcing-related vendors and contractors

Partner cross-functionally to align scopes, sequencing, and quality standards

Monitor vendor performance and proactively manage risks and issues

Provide in-store support during critical execution phases to validate readiness and resolve issues

Support turnover, punch list completion, and Day 2 stabilization

Track milestones and provide clear status reporting and post-project insights

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field

0+ years of experience supporting sourcing, visual execution, facilities, construction, or retail execution programs in multi-unit environments

Demonstrated familiarity with construction documents, visual scopes, merchandising plans, and in-store presentation materials

Strong understanding of backend sourcing, vendor coordination, and presentation-driven execution enablement

Comfortable providing onsite, hands-on, in-store support during critical execution and stabilization periods

Proven ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed organizations

Strong communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel (up to 40%) to support project sites and execution readiness
