Responsibilities

Demonstrated success acting as technical expert in an enterprise-wide IT solution

Hands on experience with project management concepts: developing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, resource management, budgeting etc

Advanced knowledge of various areas in IT including, hardware, operating systems, SAN technology, networking concepts and security routers

Advanced Microsoft Office, pivot tables, charts, Visio, Access, data analytics and JIRA

Ability to work in a matrix, high pressure environment and respond quickly

Ability to work independently and in a team environment with varying levels

Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management

Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team

Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage work

Individual with an energetic, can-do approach to work

Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of IT expertise
