Responsibilities
Lead global sourcing efforts by developing, managing, and optimizing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely procurement of materials. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance in alignment with organizational goals and global trade regulations
Oversee daily procurement operations to support uninterrupted production, including purchase order management, delivery tracking, and resolution of supply chain disruptions such as delays, shortages, and quality issues
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance. Foster collaboration across departments to align procurement strategies with business objectives
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align procurement with technical specifications and production requirements. Evaluate supplier capabilities, support value engineering, and ensure material compatibility through active involvement in product design and development processes
Leverage ERP and PLM systems to manage procurement processes efficiently. Analyze procurement data and KPIs to inform sourcing decisions, optimize inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement

Qualification
Required
Five years of experience in a procurement management position, including three years in global sourcing and management
Two years of experience within a manufacturing environment
Two years of experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, international business, or a related field
Experience with Infor SyteLine ERP system
An engineering background with an understanding of technical specifications and engineering processes
