The role focuses on guiding prospective franchise owners through the journey of business ownership while expanding a proven franchise system through relationship-driven sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-touch, consultative sales conversations with prospective franchise owners

Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and established sales processes

Maintain required sales KPIs, including call activity, time management standards, stage progression, and conversion metrics, while ensuring consistent movement of qualified prospects through the sales funnel

Educate candidates on the brand, business model, financial considerations, and ownership expectations

Build trust and credibility through consistent communication and follow-through throughout the sales cycle

Maintain momentum by guiding prospects through discovery, validation, and decision-making stages

Close franchise agreements while ensuring strong candidate-to-brand alignment

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual development targets

Apply intangible and value-based selling techniques to help prospects move from interest to confident commitment
