AVP Business Development
Paycross is a rapidly growing global financial technology organization delivering payment and point-of-sale solutions. They are seeking an Assistant Vice President of Business Development to drive new business, engage with merchants, and manage the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Articulating the breadth and depth of Paycross’ Point-of-Sale solutions, payments capabilities and ancillary products
Driving new business within a focused, serviceable addressable market
Engaging merchants and partners to understand their operational needs and recommend agnostic, best-fit solutions
Managing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through onboarding
Representing Paycross professionally and directly at client meetings and in conferences
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally within merchant services, payments, or POS solutions
Strong understanding of card-present environments and how seamless POS solutions drive merchant growth
Current, working knowledge of modern POS platforms and hardware
A detail-oriented, personable, and consultative approach to sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
