The Regeneration Technician I role involves hands-on work in tank inventory management, production documentation, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations in water treatment processes.

Responsibilities

Tank Inventory Management: Keeping tabs on tank levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring we have the right materials, from tanks to resin to acid, to meet production demands

Hands-On Work: You’ll be actively involved in loading and maintaining membranes, conducting tests, and cleaning RO membranes per established guidelines. Get ready to get your hands wet and make a direct impact on production

Production Documentation: Keep meticulous records of production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure everything is running according to plan

Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow technicians, plant managers, and purchasing teams to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries

Delivery Support: From forklifts to dollies, you’ll be part of a team that makes sure all the materials are where they need to be

Required

Water Treatment Expertise: Knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus, but we're also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with team members and partners

Forklift Experience: Ability to safely operate forklifts and other equipment as part of the delivery process
