Service Technician
Rotoline USA is a leader in rotational molding equipment with over 25 years in the industry, seeking a Service Technician to join their U.S. service and support team. This role involves traveling to customer sites for equipment installations, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through hands-on training and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to install, start up, and service rotational molding equipment
Coordinate equipment arrival, layout, and oversee installation (customer provides crew)
Manage and guide customer personnel during setup (you’re a supervisor, not the installer)
Conduct hands-on training for customer teams on equipment use and safety
Collaborate with engineers on control systems and operational software during startups
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Identify and recommend spare parts or upgrades while on-site to support long-term machine performance
Assist in aftermarket sales by suggesting appropriate parts or services based on customer needs during service visits
Complete service reports and customer follow-ups from our Kent, OH office when not traveling
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude and experience with electrical components (PLCs, sensors, etc.)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable leading a crew and taking initiative on-site
Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international)
No degree required — we provide full training
