They are seeking an Accounting Coordinator who will take pride in accuracy and keeping financial operations running smoothly, managing responsibilities such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll administration.

Responsibilities
Prepare and send customer invoices
Post payments (ACH, check, credit card)
Maintain weekly AR aging
Execute consistent collections follow-ups
Coordinate accounts for collections when needed
Process vendor, installer, utility, and contractor payments
Track land lease payment schedules
Ensure payments are accurate and on time
Maintain clean vendor records
Process payments to media owners, landowners, and inventory partners
Track revenue splits and remittance schedules per contract
Reconcile partner statements against internal billing
Flag discrepancies or issues to management
Calculate internal sales commissions based on approved plans
Reconcile commissions against collected revenue
Prepare monthly commission summaries for review
Maintain accurate commission records
Prepare payroll inputs for employees and contractors
Track hours, commissions, and payroll data
Coordinate payroll processing with our payroll provider
Maintain payroll records and documentation
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
Support month-end close and reconciliations
Keep financial documentation organized and audit-ready
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, or accounting support
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
Comfortable with collections follow-ups and accountability
Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable
Preferred
Experience with commissions, payroll, or multi-entity businesses is a plus
