Responsibilities

Oversee quarterly billing cycles for clients and advisors, including preparation, execution, reconciliation, and adjustments
Ensure accurate fee calculations, manage error resolution, rebates, and account closures
Coordinate fee collection efforts with third-party vendors
Partner with advisors to resolve outstanding balances promptly
Act as the primary resource for advisors on billing questions, discrepancies, and fee-related concerns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address revenue and billing issues
Prepare and review detailed billing and revenue reports, including advisor-level data
Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Support Finance leadership with firmwide and board-level reporting needs
Develop and implement scalable billing processes and workflows
Evaluate and enhance technology solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and upgrade billing systems to support organizational growth
Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and Operations to ensure proper revenue recognition and downstream processing
Serve as a liaison between advisors and internal teams for billing-related matters

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in revenue collection and billing operations

Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
Experience driving technology adoption and process improvements
High level of autonomy and industry knowledge

Preferred

Prior experience in an RIA or financial services environment
