HydroJug is a growing CPG brand seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to build, customize, and maintain their ERP environment. The role involves hands-on SuiteScript development and collaboration with various teams to optimize business processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain custom scripts (SuiteScript 2.x), workflows, saved searches, and custom records
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems, including custom-built React connectors and Shopify Plus
Create custom reports and dashboards for finance, inventory, and sales analytics
Support month-end close processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
Troubleshoot transaction flow issues (sales orders, invoices, payments, inventory adjustments)
Maintain chart of accounts, subsidiaries, and multi-currency configurations
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Oversee data integrity, imports, and migrations
Document customizations and maintain system standards

Required

3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience (administration and development)
Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x (client, user event, scheduled, map/reduce scripts)
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, inventory costing)
Experience with saved searches, workflows, and custom records
Clear communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred

Experience with React for building custom integration tools and internal applications
Experience in CPG, DTC, or e-commerce environments
Familiarity with Shopify Plus and e-commerce order flows
Experience with NetSuite-Shopify integrations (custom or third-party)
SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) experience
SQL or data analytics background
