Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework and Copilot Studio
Develop generative AI solutions using NLP, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
Support modernization of SharePoint On-Prem applications to Microsoft 365
Develop and integrate AI solutions across Azure and AWS cloud platforms
Monitor, analyze, and optimize chatbot performance and user engagement
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and architecture standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of IT experience with strong .NET development background
Minimum 3 years of experience in AI chatbot development
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework and Microsoft Copilot technologies
Strong experience with cloud services, APIs, and AI integrations
Preferred
Experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI)
Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Generative AI services, and Power Platform
SharePoint and Microsoft 365 modernization experience
