Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
VGK Law is a boutique estate planning and trust administration law firm based in San Rafael seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and personable Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing in-office support to two attorneys, managing client interactions, and maintaining office organization.
Responsibilities
Client concierge including client intake, scheduling and communication prospective and current clients
Executive Assistant to two attorneys
Office manager including Supply ordering and restocking
Receptionist duties including greeting clients and mailing
Print final versions of legal documents
Review, scan and assemble final client documents
Maintain firm’s Customer Relationship Management system (Clio Manage and Clio Grow)
Maintain and organize electronic case file
Qualification
Required
excellent communication skills

excellent drafting skills
strong work ethic

ability to work well with colleagues and clients
strong computer skills
familiarity working with client management software
Preferred
experience with any CRM system
