The Odom Corporation is a company specializing in beverage distribution, and they are seeking a Graphics Production Coordinator for their Kapolei facility. This role is responsible for the printing and finishing of point of sales materials, ensuring compliance with state laws and supplier standards while managing sales and supplier requests.

Responsibilities

Print, cut, laminate, and apply finishes to custom point of sale

Manage sales & supplier requests

Light graphic design or artistic touches

Organize requested print jobs for pick up by established deadlines

Determine work priorities and schedule work; expedite workflow

Organize Graphics Room and maintain an inventory of paper and supplies

Operate and maintain a variety of other equipment including but not limited to paper cutter, grommet, laminator, etc

Maintain a daily record of jobs printed, and store related material on file

Must ensure all materials comply with state liquor laws

Must ensure all materials comply with supplier brand standards

Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, and administrative staff

Required

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); related experience or training in desktop publishing; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
