Responsibilities

Works with end users to identify functional requirements for agency software applications

Assists in configuration and ongoing development of agency software applications

Serves as the agency liaison to vendors of agency software applications

Communicates agency and end user requirements to internal and external developers

Recommends modifications to existing operational practices as needed to optimize the use of agency applications

Provides Tier II technical support

Develops training material and provides staff instruction

Creates and maintains supporting documentation

This role will contribute to the implementation and long-term support of new and existing software systems
