Lab Ops Electrical Engineer / Principal Lab Ops Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain precise documentation of lab configurations, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and system specifications
Actively participate in the planning and execution of major testing events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test objectives and protocols
Regularly provide updates on lab status, including equipment readiness, ongoing projects, and any potential delays or issues
Troubleshoot component and system level issues/discrepancies
Perform Test Conductor Duties supporting multiple subsystems
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance, with an interim Top secret being required, prior to the commencement of employment, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, prior to the commencement of employment, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business need
Demonstrated experience in test engineering, lab operations and/or aircraft maintenance
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience

Experienced with Electronic Principles, MIL STD protocol for 1553, 429, and 1394 busses
Familiarity with avionics systems and equipment, Test Stations, or Lab Operations
Experience with software deployments and deployments tools
Experience in Aircraft Ground Operations and Test
