Responsibilities

Own the sales strategy and execution for global cross-border crypto payment solutions, including stablecoin-based products
Drive revenue growth across APAC, Europe, and North America
Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of penetrating and expanding target markets
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align go-to-market strategies
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and competitive positioning
Maintain deep understanding of international payment infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and crypto payment trends

Required

10+ years of sales experience in international payments, fintech, or crypto payment solutions, with a proven leadership track record

Strong relationships and network within international payments and financial services
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
Results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and ownership of outcomes

Preferred

Preferably experience with crypto or digital assets, particularly stablecoins
